Driver goes wrong way on a one way highway ramp!

When I hear on the news that a driver was going the wrong way on an interstate ramp, I usually can’t understand how that can happen. But to be totally honest, as much as I’m driving around town, I can sort of understand. There are on-ramps and off-ramps that can be a little confusing. Such is the case for this driver, apparently.

Caught this on my dash cam yesterday afternoon, May 1, 2020. The “victim” in this clip DID stop further down the road after what sounds like contact between the two vehicles. As you’ll see in the clip, the driver at fault did NOT stop to check any damage. I’ll be tweeting this to the Metro Nashville PD in case there was a report and the police need license plate numbers, etc.
