Thank you Bud Light, for the gift of laughter – another bizarre commercial

At this point, is it safe to say we need Bud Light commercials in our lives? They’ve become the sitcom we didn’t know we needed and the way things are going, being able to laugh is such a gift! #ThankYouBudLight

Since the seemingly harmless video posted by famous TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, Bud Light has been a never-ending spring of buffoonery. Why? Because that seemingly harmless video wasn’t harmless at all. In fact, it was the beginning of a nightmare Bud Light can’t wake up from.

They’ve released quite a few commercials in what appears to be an attempt to reestablish their place in the hearts of their core customers (like this ad featuring a country band, or this one for Father’s Day). Well, another commercial came out recently and I’m starting to think they’re tanking the company on purpose. Take a look then scroll down for more…

I’ve watched the commercial a few times and I can’t twist it in any way that makes it look like Bud Light didn’t do this as a middle finger to middle-aged white people; men and women alike. Surely they know what they’re doing, or else the complete buffoonery is on a whole new level. Who is set to gain if Bud Light has to declare bankruptcy, or whatever happens to divisions of a larger corporation when they’re out of money?

It’s just ludicrous but I hope they keep churning out the commercials. I need stuff to right about since I write every day, posting at 1pm central. Subscribe to be alerted to each new post, and I’ll see you tomorrow!
