Can anyone name something that doesn’t break down and fail after a few months, or years? How about the earth? Let’s say it’s 3,000 years old (or as some believe, millions of years). In that time, it’s hosted how many humans and animals, billions and billions, and yet it is still functioning as it was thousands of years ago (or millions). How can than be unless it was created by a… actually, no I’ll stop there… how can that be unless it was CREATED? I believe if it were just a random explosion that brought everything together, it still wouldn’t last. But God created this amazing earth in such a way that it is self-sustaining, and at the same time, it’s able to withstand the use and abuse of being inhabited for ______________ (however long you believe it’s been inhabited).
The earth is amazing. God is more amazing.
This is not an attack on anyone’s beliefs. In fact, if you believe the earth is millions of years old, that’s even MORE of a reason to thank God for making it so durable. What else could last this long, if not something created with the divine mind of an all-knowing, wise God?
Let’s have a conversation. I know there is a lot of science out there and I’m no scientist. What are your thoughts about this? Comment below, I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
