Geek Squad to Offer Discrete Service on Computers with Incriminating Emails on Them

Richfield, MN — Geek Squad, a subsidiary of Best Buy, has raised the bar on computer repair service confidentiality. Targeted towards cheating spouses, disgruntled employees, and former Presidential nominees, the tech company recently unveiled a new high-profile privacy service in cases where data or equipment containing sensitive material might compromise the integrity of a relationship, whether it be with a spouse, a boss, or an entire nation of voters.

Their website offers an example of when this service might benefit the customer: In a completely hypothetical situation where a laptop of a prominent figure is dropped off for repair, this new 5-point level of security would include:

  • “Accidentally” forgetting to ask for signature of customer dropping item(s) off
  • Not releasing any emails/photos/documents that could damage the image of anyone, anywhere, at any time
  • Removing TikTok from all government devices, upon request
  • Bleaching hard drives, upon request
  • In the event a laptop or computer is under investigation, tech agents will clumsily knock over a cup of coffee onto the keyboard, making sure it gets in between all the keys

Geek Squad’s slogan for this service piggybacks on a well-known catchphrase from the late 1990s.

Amy Barrett is slicing and dicing her way to the Supreme Court

I’ve watched some of the confirmation hearing of Judge Barrett and all I can ever say is that she appears to be amazing in intellect, wisdom, and self-control. Self-control… because if it were me being grilled by Senators (Democrats are crying foul this time, since Amy Barrett is being appointed by a Republican President), I would’ve made it personal very early in the hearing. What can I say, I’m sassy sometimes. Just one of the long list of reasons I’m not on the Supreme Court 🙂

Speaking of long lists… I noticed last week that the Senators prying into Mrs. Barrett’s past, her mind, and her opinions, have many papers in front of them. To get more specific, Amy Klobuchar barely ever looked up as she spoke and asked questions. She was constantly shuffling papers to come up with ways to trip Barrett up.

In contrast to this, I found a clip of the notes Barrett is using in the hearing. Take a look:

Like I said, I didn’t watch every second of the hearing but Barrett has been slicing and dicing her way through any and all attacks from the likes Diane “Let me try something else” Feinstein (who literally said, “Let me try something else” after being stumped by Barrett time and time again), and Amy Klobuchar, who is evidently sad she’s not being considered for the Supreme Court?

From what I’ve seen and heard, Barrett filling the empty seat on the Supreme Court seems like a no-brainer. Of course, Democrats can’t let themselves think logically so there will still be opposition, like when Barrett could only quickly think of 4 of the 5 rights in the First Amendment. If that’s the hill Democrats want to die on, so be it. But they should remember to not cast any stones. Their Presidential nominee thinks he’s running for the Senate.

During apocalyptic year, hindsight distancing itself from 2020

Savannah, GA — From COVID-19, wild fires, murder hornets, to a Sahara dust cloud, and celebrity deaths, 2020 has been a year no one will ever forget. Looking back, many people have offered up their ideas on how we could have handled these apocalyptic-level events, well-illustrating the phrase, “Hindsight is 20/20.” Though having 20/20 eyesight is ideal, hindsight is now wishing to distance itself from the year 2020, calling the well-known expression ‘hate speech’. Taken from its Change.org entry:

No one wants to be called “2020,” and to say hindsight is 20/20 is just misleading and hurtful. We kindly ask that you stop using this phrase indefinitely. It is vitally important to preserve the integrity of hindsight, though we understand that much like “Monday morning quarterback,” this catchphrase is typically used when something has gone wrong. Evenso, this year has gone so wrong that it’ss our intention to disassociate with anything at all that reminds anyone of the purgatory that has been 2020.

The petition is gaining support from a few popular dates on the calendar. April 20th, sometimes referred to as 4/20, has cast itself behind the movement, commenting that it misses when its day was not a reference to pot-smoking degenerates. Also supporting the cause is May 4th, a proud Star Trek fan who’s outraged that a nod to Star Wars– May the 4th be with you– has caught on. Then of course there’s February 14th, “I hope God spares you from the despair of getting highjacked by a made-up holiday,” bitter words for Valentine’s Day.

Hindsight is getting a bad rap with its undue connection with 2020, but supporters hope this year won’t tarnish its long-term relevance. However, if its reputation does take a dive, perhaps they can look back to determine where and how they could have done things differently and better.

USA Softball Association Calls Biden Town Hall’s Use of “Softball Questions” Sexist, Misogynistic, and Inaccurate

Philadelphia, PA — Presidential nominee Joe Biden held a town hall Thursday evening, hosted by his friend, ABC News host George Stephanopoulis. The intimate moments between the two were occasionally interrupted by socially-distanced citizens asking prepared questions of the former Vice President.

After watching the 90-minute Biden promo, USA Softball President tweeted her outrage over the use of what is commonly referred to as “softball questions,” meaning the questions are setup to be incredibly easy to answer. She even later called them sexist and misogynistic.

This tweet is of course referring to fastpitch softball being played competitively by millions of women all over the country. It is also widely accepted that hitting a pitch coming in at 70 miles per hour is, in fact, not easy. While men do also play the sport, their involvement is typically in slowpitch softball and it’s for the middle-aged man still trying to live out his glory days of high school ball.

The use of easy, or leading, questions is not uncommon in politics but if liberal feminists decide this will help further their man-hating agenda, brace yourself for what could be severe backlash against easy questions altogether on the national stage all the way down to early childhood education.

What’s a word that starts with the letter T, class? That’s right, Third Wave Feminism. You all get a sticker!
