I’ve been waiting by the door like a faithful labrador for the mailman to deliver the latest revision of my brand new product, The Shades Hanger. Well, they arrived and now they are ready to be shipped to whoever wants one! I am selling them, of course, because I need to have money to feed my dogs. I eat rice, but their food is primo pricey! OK, anyway, check out The Shades Hanger by clicking any of the highlighted words in this post. I made it so easy for you to buy one, and honestly, if I can be serious for a second, it would really mean a lot to me if something I designed made your life easier, even if it seems trivial like storing your sunglasses while you aren’t wearing them. I’m very excited for you to try it and I would sincerely be grateful. Definitely let me know your feedback in the comments below, if you choose to be part of this adventure with me. OK, I’m done being serious… go buy one for yourself and another for your mom!

Ruby Amanfu performance in Nashville
I recently got the chance to experience the amazing voice and endearing personality of Ruby Amanfu at The High Watt in Nashville.
The first time I heard she was half of the duo Sam & Ruby, singing songs my friends and I loved instantly. She had a great voice then, and guess what, now is no different. The proof is in her brand new solo album, Standing Still. But let me warn you, you’ll end up either dancing, crying, or just completely jealous that you can’t sing like her. Additionally, you’ll also be smiling.
There are 10 songs on the album, and she performed them for a packed audience Saturday night. They were all met with applause, but it was Not Dark Yet that yielded an extended and noisy approval. She has a real talent for telling the story behind the songs, and the story for Not Dark Yet is a good one.
I think the moment I’ll remember most, though, is the story she told about her song, I Tried. She talked about her family, her boyfriend, who were all at the show. But in a brief moment of silence between thoughts, her sister offered up an “I love you,” and it was sweet. Then Ruby went on to sing the song, every once in a while glancing over with a smile to her sister. Somebody recorded that particular song, so you’re lucky enough to see it here:
Good show, Ruby!

What the texts said between Joe and Sam on Bachelor in Paradise
Fans of Bachelor in Paradise must be dying to know exactly what the texts said when Joe held up his phone to the camera on a recent episode of Bachelor in Paradise. He has long been saying that Sam (a girl he’s obsessed with) is as guilty as he is for plotting and scheming for this season of the show. Well, here’s what the texts say:

Joe: What am i supposed to do till mid June? I hope I’m still there.
Joe: Not hilarious but very embarrassing.
Samantha: OK since you asked here’s samantha’s 2 goals to live by this month.
Samantha: 1. do what you need to do to stay i don’t care what.
Samantha: 2. don’t get 100% completely wifed up yet.
Joe: Are you being 100% serious?
Kanye West running for president?
Evidently during the 2015 VMAs Kanye West announced his candidacy for the 2020 presidential election.
And all of a sudden I’ve never been more convinced to vote for Hillary in 2016. Get it? If Hillary becomes president in 2016, you know she’ll run for reelection and Kanye will be out of luck. Unless he runs as a republican? With Trump as his running mate? And Taylor Swift as his Secretary of State?
Any scenario I come up with in my head makes me want Jesus to come back in 2019.
