Fumbled iPhone ad’s music, location, and more!

This iPhone ad caught my attention within a few seconds of hearing the song. Check it out…

The song is called “The Conference” by a guy named Nitin Sawhney. The full track is below.

Nitin is a composer, producer, and musician. Click here for more bio details.

All of Apple’s commercials are produced by TBWA\Media Arts Lab.

Location. I haven’t quite narrowed it down yet, but I’m pretty confident this wasn’t shot in the US. We don’t have a lot of the things shown in the pictures below. Old Vespas, traffic circle signs designed like this, tall skinny vans.

UPDATE! This is Meagher Street (click link for Google street view) in Chippendale, NS Wales, Australia. Thanks to Nirk who commented below, with the location. Looks like a lovely town.

My best guess for the name of the person she’s talking to on the phone is Jackelyn Perra.

From snow and ice to sand and sun

What a difference a few weeks can make! It wasn’t too long ago me and my pups were homebound for about a week in Nashville from ice and snow locking the city down. Picture 1 is in my snowy backyard. The rest of the pics are from sunny, sandy Florida where it got a bit chilly but the sun warmed us right up, a welcome change, in my opinion. I’m happy it’s spring, counting down the days till summer already! Thanks for stopping by 🙂

Birds of Paradise, part 2

Here are a few more birds from the gulf coast of north Florida. Such beauty in the air and on the ground all around me this week.

Birds of Paradise, part 1

I’ve been slightly obsessed with taking photos of birds while on vacation in North Florida. I guess I never understood the joy until I started taking pictures of them. Here are a few from St. Teresa Beach, Florida, recently.

More to come soon, thanks for stopping by!

Happy burp taste to you

One evening I kept burping and it tasted like the Beyond Burgers I had for dinner that night. Happy burp tastes is what that was.

Have you tried the Beyond Burger, plant-based patties that taste very much like the burgers you are used to? I highly recommend them. Not only are they yummy on the way in, but you may be able to celebrate your burp taste for the rest of the night.

Lucky you!
